i think they though of that. there's most likely some sort of teeth/gear/lock, thats stops it from going down if it fails.

Very nice house in a lovely location. My only gripe is all the glass partitions and and balustrades. Knowing myself I'd be walking in to them all the time. But I really like this house. Also, it's great seeing it in winter; in fact, it's beautiful in the snow.

What are you talking about? the contemporary style house? or the quality of the build? Cuz last time i checked both US and CA use the same materials in their high end houses. Also contemporary style house have been made long time ago before canadian even liked it. Somewhere in 1980's it was called neo-futurism to distinguish it from other related style and was mostly made by japanese and european architects.

Hallo, das Haus, Garten, Ambiente gefällt mir sehr gut. Das könnte ich mir sehr gut vorstellen. Allerdings, ist mir der Eingangsbereich zu Gläsern d h jeder kann einsehen. Auch wenn Besucher kommen würden, die nicht erwünscht sind. Super modern und cool aber ich finde etwas Privatsphäre super. Ansonsten ist es sehr schön. Habe ein weiteres heute angesehen das war TOP. Innen sehr viel weiss eingerichtet super schönes gemütliches helles Sofa Couch Garnitur. Alles andere auch Top. Weiter so😍🛋️👌👍

Garage has foundation issues, the looks of the massive crack means the cement pour was done poorly. I can only imagine the rest of the foundation since it was poured the same day.

@@user-yy4xe1ke6g I can tell you're trying to be a smartass here but you're probably not familiar with either concept that can be derived from the structure of my statement. 1) & this is my intended point, is that this property would benefit from a swimming pool on the premises. 2) It's not unheard of & actually quite common to have an indoor swimming pool, which means yes, "your house can have a pool" So what's your real intent in posting on my judgments of this house? are you offended by my comments or something?
