Professional chocolate cake batter recipe for 10cm tall cake. Super soft, fluffy and very structured professional sponge cake for confectionery, tier cake and naked cake.
Pan cake size: diameter: 20cm x tall: 10cm
Fits very well in 23cm and 25cm diameter round cake pans.
Or rectangular: 30cm x 22cm
Ingredients (250 ml cup)
6 eggs (300g)
2 cup refined sugar (400g)
2 1/2 cups. of wheat flour (412g)
1 cup powdered chocolate (100g)
250 ml of milk or water
45 ml of soybean oil
1 tablespoon of baking powder (10g)
