I've watched a lot of challenges, but I watch for me NOT eating if that makes sense. I have a very slow metabilism and just looking at that put a pound on me. LOL. You do your challenges without a lot of extra "feeder" noises and that makes you the best in my book. You talk during eating and you are a professional person. You're beautiful and proper and I just love watching you! I have lost 195 pounds. I was 400 and I now am 205. I want to get to 148. Watching you helps me not eat, so you've got a fan for life! It's amazing to me and I'm trying to figure it out. My mind keeps thinking of things having to reason out and I think I have thought of a thing to stop my brain wondering "how?" I have lost 195 pounds starting from 400. I'm 205 right now and I'm really struggling to get 1 pound off. At first I had so much fat it practically fell off. I was told as a child when my Mother had both of us tested, that my thyroid doesn't work as it should and that makes losing weight harder for me. My Mom and I were on teeny little pills but we had to stop because they were so expensive. So I think I've always had a low metabolism. My reasoning to make me stop thinking is that you have a very high metabolism and you must eat copious amounts of calories each day to sustain your weight, At least this reasoning lets me sleep and my brain to stop wondering "how." You are a beautiful person and I will always be watching your new videos and binge watching your old ones. Plus I follow you on Instagram. You and Gio are such a nice couple! Bless you.
