Can someone tell me how people like this angelic beast of a man and Matt stonie can eat such great amounts of food? Is it just a blessing of the metabolism as fast as the speed of light? I aspire to be like you, Mukbang master.

Like I know some people go on liquid diets to expand their stomachs and stuff but I look at a slice of bread and gain 23 pounds. Is it because I'm an endomorph ?

Fast metabolism doesn't exist. Your body's metabolism adjusts to what you usually eat. If you eat 3000 calories a day long enough, your body will grow until you consume 3000 calories a day. Slowly increase your calories (you really dont need a surplus of more than 250 calories.) continue to lift and you will grow.
