Many times can goods last far beyond expiration dates. Many have done videos on this topic. Can goods aren’t optimal preparation but a starting point and affordable. Just a little each shopping trip is food insurance 😊

I keep Tylenol on hand. It is the only pain relief i can take due to having an ulcer and i limit taking it. I have a prepper pantry on a smaller scale since its just me. Since i get paid once a month its easier to stock up. Especially since i get paid just before Christmas and then not again until the end of January
