This video shows a beautiful two- story cottage house design with a classic blue color. Built on 32ft x 32ft of land, the house offers plenty of space for comfort and relaxation. The first floor features a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, a dining room and a laundry room. The second floor consists of two bedrooms and another bathroom. This cottage house is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and enjoy some peace and tranquility surrounded by nature.

I totally agree. This is a space you can move in. The kitchen is a dream for someone who loves to cook. The second floor is beautifully designed.

Now that I’m hooked on these smaller home videos, I’ve got my look-fors: a place for coats/boots near the front entrance, a dishwasher, and an en-suite for the master bedroom. My next most important thing is plenty of windows!

By far the nicest home I have seen on KZfaq. The floor plan addresses all of the needs of a small family. The aesthetic is perfect. I love the contained room concept. I have lived in an open floor plan home pretty much my entire life and have really always hated it. Especially not having the kitchen open to the living room. If I haven't done my dishes yet today and a guest drops in unannounced, I have to worry about them seeing my dishes which no matter how clean your house it, having dirty dishes just makes people think you are a slob. This is so lovely. Good job.

Love the design of this home. The layout is so efficient. I've never seen your interior design so esthetically eclectic. I think I would absolutely love an interior in either a more cottage style or modern industrial. Truly a lovely home, Jasper 💕💕💕

One of my favorites! So much storage! and nice to see linen storage in the bathrooms. Loved the kitchen, so big you could put a table in it and eat. Only thing I did not care for was the front door walking right into the living room. But an amazing plan!

THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST DESIGNS I HAVE SEEN. I LOVE THE BEDROOM UPSTAIRS.. IF I HAD THIS HOUSE I WOULD PUT A BATHROOM IN MY UPSTAIRS BEDROOM. OTHER THAN THAT THIS HOUSE IS PERFECT. I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE MORE OF YOUR IDEAS. I REALLY LIKE THIS ONE.

One of the best floor plan I've seen... I always enjor your plans, Jasper, and this one is top knotch! I love the kitchen! May drawers and cabinets and a walk-in pantry! Nice idea! Something I would change is the Master's bath. I can make it even bigger by having only a powder room with toilet for guest.... and add the extra space to the master bath with a tuck-away toilet! And maybe, instead of the door parallel to the headboard/head of the bed, make it so it's toward the end of the bed/foot instead.

❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Jasper. Can you try a 1 floor 36 front x 30 side. 3 bedroom with laundry room. Kitchen and laundry has to be on the right side back. All due to Elect, gas and water coming together in one place on the right middle that is also the laundry room. I hope that makes sense. Please and take your time.

The only thing I would change is the second full bath on the main floor. If the primary has its own bath, you only need a 1/2 bath for the guest. That would provide the space for 2 sinks and a larger shower in the primary. Other than that - it’s perfect.

Awesome! The only change I'd even consider is bumping the fridge a smidge so the stairs could open to the kitchen aswell. Placement of the back door and fire safety and all that jazz. Love everything about this plan.

Grundriss gut durchdacht , Schränke bestens eingesetzt, Treppengeländer sollte trotzdem vorhanden sein . Schlafräume auch gut gestaltet. Ergo ✔️🔝

The only change I would make it to move those cabinets from the wall that connects the kitchen and dining room and move them to the wall leading into the laundry area and then make a half wall from the dining to the kitchen for a more open concept with possible bar stools in the dining area.

Over all nice flow. I think I'd add a partial wall to better define the front entry. Nice big kitchen, I'd like a raised oven but plenty of space for one, and looked like a pantry which is a nice feature. Might swap out the downstairs tub for some storage space... Maybe tuck the master bath behind and have a half bath and hall/coat closet in the hallway. Storage is helpful, so part of me likes the upstairs closet, and part of me would swap it for a library wall with some seating.

This home is perfect! The only thing I would do differently is to eliminate the back porch area and wall it up so it can be a walk in closet for the main bedroom. I would remove the large blue closet area in the main bedroom so it’s more open. Then I would put the same size porch on the back of the home that mirrors the front area. Awesome design 🙌🏾
