Undeniable a most beautiful property. Very good presentation, good narration, and excellent background music. SUGGESTION: A home of this price range deserves to have all the audio easily heard. Why not invest in a remote mic for Lisa. Would make a big difference in the quality and professionalism. Also, several in our group watching found the hands in front of the camera unnecessary and annoying. Comments are not intended to be offensive, rather helpful for future videos. At $2,682/sq ft it is ridiculously priced. I wonder how it withstood the impact of hurricane Ian? Big price drop when insurers start dropping waterfront homes in that area.

Prices have actually increased in Naples since the storm. I live about 1500 feet from this home, the neighborhood is fully recovered from the storm surge. Modern (since hurricane Andrew) construction did very well throughout the storm. This home is 100% fine. Most homes in this price range are concrete upper and lower levels and built on concrete pilings tied into concrete footer with concrete grade beams, concrete tie beams, concrete floors (upper and lower levels) and all steel reinforced. There are still quite a few builders who try and sneak in wood 2nd floor to save money but at this level it's foolish. All new homes were at an elevation where they didn't flood (a few garages excepted). My house was 2 feet lower and did not flood. If you drove through the hood you'd find some landscape hasn't fully recovered but you'd be hard pressed to realize there was a cat 4 hurricane (within 2 mph of a cat 5) 8 weeks ago. Modern building code seems to be working.

House is beautiful and love modern upgrades and attention to detail. It’s totally my style but I would not buy this house for that price for one main reason IT IS EXTREMELY TOO SMALL AND NOT ENOUGH SPACE THROUGHOUT. It should be at least 10,000 or more square ft for $11,000,000 price tag. 😢😢😢

It’s a nice house. Definitely for somebody who is nouveau Riche. There’s no peace or Tranquality it’s like sensory overload. It would be stressful to walk into this house let alone wake up to it every day.🤣🤣🤣 Too much detail there’s literally no peace not even outside. It’s just a lot of things. I guess if you’ve never had money, this is a great house. It would make you feel excited.

I already own it. It's my home and for all the people that believe that is underwater think again high and dry. I enjoy my tranquil and beautiful home every second. Last hurricane that hit this area was in the 1940's

It's a very beautiful home but it's missing one important amenity and that would be an elevator. That would kill the deal. I hope it's still standing after hurricane Ian rolled through.

Over $2500 per square foot for this place? That's a nope at half the price. The nicest way to say it is the place is to busy, while the honest way to say it is that it's garish. I have to wonder after Ian, if it wasn't ruined, is it even reasonably insurable anymore? If not is there any chance that a potential buyer could even get a mortgage?

Considering the situation in this area now after the hurricane, it's worth saying that investing millions of dollars in real estate here is a stupid decision. These houses are worth nothing after being washed away. In general, when choosing real estate in Florida, I would not advise choosing the first line of the ocean. And this is very important. Given the intensity with which hurricanes happen here it is money down the drain. I would prefer a gated golf community 5-7 miles off the coast. I have no problem driving 5 minutes to the beach. But I want to have peace of mind about my property.

4 bedrooms 6 bathrooms... Its come down almost $2 million in price since June. Its now $9,750,000.... Which doesnt surprise me. The details are beautiful. I just dont understand the heavy bathroom/bedroom ratio...
