1. Fried Onion Rings Recipe:
INGREDIENTS:-
2 medium Onion,
Lays Chips for Coating,
3/4 cup All purpose flour,
1/4 cup Corn Starch,
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper (or) Garam masala,
1/2 tsp Pepper powder,
1 tsp Oregano seasoning,
1/4 tsp Salt,
3/4 cup water,
Oil for Fry.
2. Roasted Red Creamy Pasta Recipe:-
INGREDIENTS:-
1 cup Beetroot,
1 cup Carrot,
1/4 cup Kidney Beans(Boiled),
1 whole Garlic,
1/2 tsp Salt,
1/2 tsp Pepper powder,
1 tbsp Oil,
Bake for 200°C on 25mins,
1 tsp Smoke Paprika,
1/4 tsp Cumin powder,
1/2 tsp Garam masala,
1 cup Fresh Cream,
Grind well,
Add boiled pasta with well-ground spices and mix,
Then sprinkle some coriander and serve.
3. Bengali Fish Paturi:-
INGREDIENTS:
500g Longfin Trevally fish,
40 g mustard seeds (soaked 2 hours)
8 pcs green chilies,
40 g grated coconut,
1 tsp salt,
1/2 tsp Jaggery powder,
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder,
20 g Mustard oil,
Banana Leaf,
Cover and steam the banana-leaf parcel on low heat for 20 mins to 30 mins
(5 minutes on each side)
Unwrap and serve hot.
4. Banana Bajji Recipe:-
3 Raw Plantain
Bajji Mix Preparation:
2 cup Gram Flour,
1/2 cup Rice Flour,
1 tbsp Kashmiri chilly powder,
1/4 tsp Baking Soda,
1 tsp Asafetida,
Salt as Taste,
300 ml water
(Mix Well),,,,,
Oil for Fry,
Spicy Chutney Recipe:-
1 medium Onion (Fired),
1 Tomato (Fired),
5 Dry Red Chilies (Fired),
3 Garlic Cloves (Fired),
1/4 tsp Salt,
Grind well.
Now Serve Hot Bajji with Spicy chutney
5. Kerala Kappa with Fish Curry Recipe:-
Ingredients for Kappa (Tapioca)
1kg Tapioca
50g Shallots,
1 cup Coconut (grated)
½ tsp Turmeric powder,
3 Green Chillies,
5 Dry Red Chillies,
1 sprig of Curry leaves
Salt as taste,
Coconut Oil,
Fish Curry Recipe:
INGREDIENTS
½ kg Fish (After Cleaning)
20 gm Kukum Star / Tumarind
2 cup Hot Water
2 tsp Salt
3 tbsp Coconut Oil
½ tsp Mustard Seeds
¼ tsp Fenugreek Seeds
2 inch Ginger (crushed)
10 Garlic Cloves (crushed)
150g Shallots
½ Turmeric Powder
2 tbsp Chilli Powder
1tbsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
3 Sprigs of Curry Leaves,
Cook for 15 to 20 mins,
Now ready to serve with Kappa Fish Curry.
6. Grilled Green Apple Chicken Recipe:-
INGREDIENTS:-
1 Green Apple slice,
1/2 Medium Onion chopped,
1 cube Butter,
Cook for 3 to 4 mins on medium flame,
1 Handful full Coriander leaves,
4 Green Chiles,
Grind well.
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste,
1 tsp Cumin powder,
1 tsp Pepper powder,
1 tsp Coriander powder.
1 tsp Oregano Seasoning,
1/2 tsp Salt (as required),
1 tbsp Lemon juice,
1 tbsp Mustard oil,
Grinded Apple Onion paste,
Chicken Legs,
Mix well and Soak for 6 to 8 hrs in Refrigerator ...
30g Butter,
Marinaded Chicken,
cook for 30 to 45 minutes on low flame.
Now Grilled Green Apple Chicken is ready to serve..
7. Lady Finger Fries Recipe:
INGREDIENTS:-
500g Lady Fingers,
1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste,
1 tsp chilly powder,
1 tsp Coriander powder,
1/2 tsp Cumin powder,
1/2 tsp Pepper powder,
1 tsp Garam masala,
1 tbsp Gram flour,
1 tbsp Rice flour,
1½ tbsp Corn flour,
½ tsp Salt,
Mr. Gold Refined Groundnut Oil for Fry...
8. 4 different favourite packs of potato chips,
1 Chopped Medium Sized Onion,
1 Chopped Medium Sized Tomato,
1 Chopped Small Sized Cucumber,
Chopped Coriander Leaves,
1 Cup White Mixture,
2 tsp Tomato Sauce,
1/2 Lemon Juice...
Potato Chips Chaat Making Process:
Take a mixing bowl, add each flavoured potato chip, and white mixture, crush it, add onion, tomato, cucumber, coriander leaves, and lemon juice, mix gently, garnish with mixture, squeeze tomato sauce...
Serve the potato chips chaat...
9. Gujrati masala Chai Recipe:-
10g Cardamom,
10g Cloves,
3-inch Cinnamon,
10g Fennel seeds
10g Peppercorn,
10g Dry Ginger,
2 g Nutmeg,
1 tbsp Dry rose,
2 Star Annise,
Roast and Grind well,
2 cup Water,
2 cup Milk,
1 tsp Prepared masala,
1 tsp Tea Dust,
Boil well,
3 tbsp Gulas jaggery powder,
Mix well.
Now ready to serve hot healthy Gujrati Chai ...
10. Pallipalayam Spicy Chicken Recipe:-
1 kg Country Chicken,
250g Shallots,
3 sprig Curry leaves,
10 to 15 Dry Red Chillies(without seed),
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste,
1 tsp Turmeric powder,
1 tsp Salt,
200ml Water
Coconut pieces,
cook for 20 to 30 minutes on low flame.
Now ready to serve Pallipalayam Spicy Chicken with rice...
11. Potato Pizza Recipe:-
INGREDIENTS:-
400g Potato (Boiled),
1/4 cup Corn flour,
1/2 tsp Salt,
1 tsp Butter,
1 cup Capsicums(Red, Yellow, Green),
1 tbsp Oregano seasoning,
Mozzarella Cheese,
Cook for 30 to 40 mins on low flame,,
