You'll see A-pose Nathan holding a sword coz he's not supposed to have a sword at the beginning of the game.

You can select a shield using the dev menu of the game.

Dunno if it's a glitch. I selected the shield using the dev menu of the game.

I'm using a jailbroken PS5 and apply one of the patches from libhijacker to get the dev menu. Think you can also use the dev menu for uncharted 3.
