11 eggs, spinach and salmon. No complicated recipes for lunch and dinner.
ingredients:
-Take 6 cakes and roll them into a tube.
-Cut the flatbread into rings.
-Add kefir.
-5 eggs.
-Season with salt and mix.
-Chop the spinach.
-Greens of your choice, I added parsley.
-Place the flatbread in a baking container and pour the prepared mixture on top.
-Top with cheese and top with another tortilla.
-Brush the top with egg.
-Put in the oven for 30 minutes.
-Let's take three rolls. Cut off the top and remove the insides (crumbs).
-Brush the inside of the first bun with butter.
- Spread the inside of the second bun with mayonnaise. - Spread the inside of the third bun with mayonnaise.
-Cut your favorite fish finely, I use salmon.
-Chop a blue onion.
-Lemon juice.
-Rust, raw smoked sausage (optional), hard cheese.
-Chop the vegetables and tomatoes.
-smoked meat with lard.
-Garlic, if desired.
-Add two eggs to each bun.
-Put in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
-ready!
