Oh I just love watching you cook and prepare good healthy food for your lovely family. Eating tomatoes that you have grown yourself are very much the tastiest tomatoes you can get. Not just cherry tomatoes but also regular sized tomatoes as well. My granddaughter and I when she was about five, used to sit beside the cherry tomato bush in the garden and eat as many as we wanted. I never go outside to the vegetable garden without my salt shaker lol, just in case there are ripe tomatoes lol. It's going to be my biggest vegetable garden this year with all the food prices and shortages world wide. Here in Australia our prices are outlandish to say the least. I have chosen so many Asian vegetable seeds this year as that is what my body is telling me it needs to heal and finally I am listening at 65 yrs old lol. Regards, Michelle

Where did you buy your iron cauldron from? Is there any reaction to cooking acidic food in there.
@SaeronLife ะัะป ะฑาฑััะฝ
I bought a cast iron pan in Korea. When using a cast iron cauldron When cooking highly acidic foods such as tomatoes. The pan should be lightly oiled after it is hot. When you're done with the oil, it's okay to cook high-acid dishes. It doesn't rust easily compared to other cast iron pans. This is because we use raw materials that are harmless to the human body. It is said that this cast iron pot was specially treated. Instead of oiling immediately after cooking each day, heat the cast iron pot to hot and apply a thin coat of oil every five days.
