Some hotel in negril with tourist ran out of water % they are stealing all the $$$$$Jamaica should’ve had fully plumbing infrastructure with pipes everywhere East West north and south because Jamaica survive of tourism not necessarily, but the big part of it is tourism, even though the natives don’t benefit from it 10% benefits the people . However where are the bed taxes # bed taxes
