yes, spring this year has been quite mild, particularly May which was the month that was in my favour, albeit June and July being quite a depressing one.

@@stormguy2514 Not even Spring was good. Above average temperatures yes, but below average sunshine and above average rainfall in all three months. It’s been the worst year for weather I can remember - no real winter, no real spring, no real summer, just constant autumn really.
