@@keepitreal9256...I wonder if OP meant turn the shoes inward, with the bottoms/soles facing each other, and the top parts of the shoes facing out? If turned that way, I can imagine the bottoms wouldn't get the other shoes dirty.

I agree with another comment…use bread ties instead of masks IF bread ties are used in your country. Question: at the end when the pan was hung on the cabinet door, what was the silver steel large item? If a garbage container, best to place something else on that door rather than a clean pan!

That's a container for food storage. Quite common used, to store large quatity of flour, rice, grains or all sorts of groceries
