11 Speed Cassette on a 10 Speed Shimano Hub Hack! (Lemond Revolution)

My 10 Speed Lemond Revolution was mismatched with my 11 Speed Giant Propel, so with a lathe and a bit of fiddling, we're up and running for no extra cash! All that was required was removing the magic 1.8mm from the big cluster of the 11 speed cassette

I used this video some time ago and forgot to say thanks. Thanks! I'm just back as I was wondering if you had any knowledge of the freehub? My mate's has failed pawl springs and he's struggling to replace them.

11-34 cassette R7000 and R8000 does not required any machining to fit into the 10 speed hub.

@@robbythunder0, 11-25,11-28,11-30,11-32, 12-25, 14-28 all required machining.

Are you using a 10 sp chain with the 11 speed cassette?

Still 11 speed. The only thing 10 speed is the hub spacing, which is corrected by machining.
