I’ll never forget I watched Kyle Korver warm up before a game once upon a time - saw him go 94/100 from three 4hrs before playing in Jersey. NBA Talent/Skill is just unreal.

He's out there mastering being in the zone - continuously talking to himself throughout his routine. I imagine he is practicing with no one gaurding him because he's unfaced towards the defence in games, just stayin' within his own pace and flow - Legendary player

LeBron James has a higher scoring average for his whole career with better percentage while doing it 4 seasons more and playing more games by average throughout each season. So Durant is not even a better scorer than LeBron James.

@@splashps3441 Hi, I'm sorry to notice that you seem incapable of reading and interpreting a sentence properly. But since I have already wasted my time by reading your dumb ass comment, I'm going to explain to you why that is. First of all, I didn't say anything about Kevin Durant in the first place. Secondly, assuming something and then getting triggered by the sheer assumption comes off as something only a moron would do. Last but not least: Kevin Durant modeling some of his pre game work outs after Dirk's and therefore Geschwindner's training methods means that "that dude" did have something to do with "how great KD is", and even though his impact might be tiny, it is still there, contributing to the greatness of Kevin Durant as a basketball player. So technically speaking, even if his influence is close to zero, it never is and cannot be reversed, which means that saying that "that dude had nothing to do with how great KD is" is technically incorrect. Bless up.

@@splashps3441 he's said that his pre-game workout is based on Dirk's one, and that's his coach, so despite him not having anything to do with KDs greatness, he's impacted his game and preparation for each game

I’d love to someone to explain the purpose of some of these shots, like the 360 one, or one deep one legged squat shots. What do they work on for the game vs just regular shots?
@keshified
@keshified 3 ай бұрын
It deliberately messes up your rhythm and balance so you know how to get yourself back into a rhythm and balance mid shooting. The training is meant to overload your brain to help you create new synapses so by the time the game comes, you've seen, felt, and been through it all. It's become second nature to your body, almost reactionary, like a habit.
