@FoundationGroup no problem, I actually just contacted you via your website. I'm looking for assistance with starting my non-profit. I have a board, however we're looking to Outsource all the legal issues. How after watching must of your video's, I don't really know we're are idea stands 🤦🏾‍♀️non profit/for profit/membership/non membership 503/504 lol we are lost now. I appreciate your information even though today the middle of August of 2023 it doesn't seem that helping the desperately needy victims will be helped! Maui Hawaii fires were donated to & could NOT be given out?

Hey Greg, Great video as usual 👍. Do you plan to talk about ChatGPT and how it is changing the nonprofit world as we speak? Also, if you are filling out the 1023ez and 990-N you are NOT required to disclose that much information. On the 1023 EZ, you do NOT need to break your activities down and on the 990-N you do NOT have to break down your expenses, it's a checkbox electronic form, in fact, you check one box and sign🤣🫣🫣. My former colleagues at the IRS TE/GE tell me those are the most popular forms. They just put together a software program that can check state databases for incorporation and REQUIRED language or purpose clause.
