The wolf-dogs are the dogs that look like a wolf, they are created by cross breeding between, wolf and the domestic dog, they are also known as wolf dog or wolf hybrids. Wolf dogs are not recommended for apartment living and for, inexperienced owners.

"Wolf hybrids" are not really true hybrids sincs dogs and wolves are the same subspecies

Most of these mentioned dog breeds are not wolf hybrids. Most is just dogs. The name wolf dog implies on something that look like a wolf. Most of the mention dogs is just normal dogs. The dingo is a feral dog it is Spanish dogs that became feral. All dogs is descendant from wolf so only recently bred dogs can declassified as hybrids. The more domestic genes present in the hybrid the more it becomes just a dog.

Wolf dogs are breeds that have been breeded with a wolf, and are at least 9 generations from the progenerators. Huskys are wolf dogs, that have been domesticated. They are considered pure breeds now, but really they are hybreeds, so is the malamute. German shepherds are as well, but not considered part my mainstreem. Go read up on the German shepherd. You will find all you need to know. There are high content wolf dogs and low content wolf dogs. It takes 10 generatuons to breed out the wolf gene, untill you have a new breed of purebred dog. Tho, I do understand your argument, and I agree to a degree.

Tamascan is not wolfdog. They were bred only to look like wolves but dont have 0.01 percent of wolf blood in them

Its easy if the mother or father of the dog is not wolf its most likely more dog than wolf but the wolf characteristics is thicker fluffy tail, big k9 teeth, big paws thick coat. If a germansheppard have the common black and brown coat its dog. Black and white are a more common colour that Sheppard have that can be wolfish.

This video has a lot of mis information one being the date of creation for the tamaskan which are an off shoot of the utonagan which is an off shoot of the norther inuit which started development in 1987. Also the northern Inuit doesn't have wolf in it, the only reason the tamaskan does is because it was mixed with the czechoslovakian wolfdog which were started in 1955, well after the said date of 1913.

Leendert Saarloos was a duchman, and bred the Saarloos wolfhond in the Netherlands, not Germany....

Hi, I have no idea abut their exact BFQ, but I guess GSD have 238 and Wolf have BFQ 400-1200 (Avg. wolf BFQ is, ~450 BFQ). So I Guess these dog will be having min 238 and max BFQ up-to 450-500.
