Does Andrews make a main drive gear with the o ring groove for pre 1977 transmissions? If I changed the race to run the later caged bearing would my 1975 main shaft be ok with the later gear?

i think the early gear gets the groove to but i am not sure. no on the quick change in the bearings. the mainshaft is the same, but the rest will take some redesigning and machining to make the changes you wanted. tatro

Hello I've got a sputhe transmission with a 5-speed gear set inside. I think it's leaking out of the main seal would you know or have ever dealt with these few transmissions is it a stock main seal I could go in a 5-speed transmission Harley.. I know it's kind of an odd question.

its been decades since i delt with one of those. i would have to see the parts inorder to see what parts would be needed and what they are. some parts were harley and some were not. tatro
