That brassy clutch washer you hold in your hand at 4:46, you must bend one of those 7 legs into the grove on the backnut ( once backnut is tightened). Otherwise it's gonna fall apart. It might take some time, but it will. Otherwise, a perfect video. Subscribed

What is that last piece on the clutch with the three ball bearings? Opened mine and it was off in the oil.

Transmission gear at 1:10 looks installed upside-down. The raised center part of the gear needs to ride on the center of the bearing.

That is weird? I have never seen a pit bike with a reverse idler gear before. Are you sure that is not a 110cc atv engine???

I've got a 125cc atv here semi auto with forward and reverse gear. Problem is it'll only go into reverse and neutral. The clutch plates are all worn away, do you think that would be the reason it wont go into forward drive? And if I bought a full new clutch basket with clutch plates init that would sort it or do you think the gears cogs could be knackered also. Thanks

Hey man nice video! At 6:57 you install the arm What’s it called? I have mine apart (again). I replaced a kick starter shaft and got it all back together and running but it sounds like bearings clicking together all the way thru the gears. So took back apart and removed the arm and now it only clicks in neutral but once I shift into a gear noise goes away completely. 😂😂 very weird but any light you can shine would be awesome

great video and informative i have a question i bought a used Baja dr90 that doesnt start after verifying the obvious other things to check and coming back good, i found out that the woodruff key was shattered including the crankshaft key slot and the flywheel slot. Everyone is telling me to NOT waste my time buying a new crankshaft and flywheel but im stuck on what to do i cant afford a new engine and buying used engine is also risky what would you recommend thank you

Wonder if yer can help if possible iv stripped my 125 yx engine gear lever and kick keep jamming it was taken apart to change engine seals as I flooded it with oil the engine is new maybe 2 hours run if that iv taken the engine apart 7 times everything seems fine until I give it a kick and try to go threw the gears there’s only 1 gear after engine is out back together I have 1 washer about 3 mil thick left I can’t remember where it came from and your video doesn’t show the same parts as my engine any help is appreciated
