Good review of Chitra mess at Kundadam. Rs 110 for unlimited items in a meal is something not available in most cities nowadays. During my career days I have taken lunch many times in a vegetarian hotel near the bus stand at Dharapuram town. I have appreciated the meals at the Dharapuram hotel, always.

One small thing I noticed that is a suggestion - dont pull the utensils on the leaf when eating as everyone would be taking the food from the containers, try to keep them away from leaf area

i agree that taste of all items seems to be good. Whereas the Ghee which supplied is not pure ghee .Nowadays no hotel supply pure ghee because of its high price.

Keeping all the food items in the vessels on your leaf is not a good idea. The same set of vessels will be refilled and served to the next person. You keep the more kolumbhu vessel on your leaf and eat! I won't like that kind of situation.
