Hey this is Judy I know all about what you're talking about when it comes to exercise I've been in it for 30 years and I had more muscles than you have right now I used to bench press 210 lbs three sets of fives and I used to deadlift and I would use 25 lb weights on my curls arms I did five sets of 10s on those and I used to run 70 miles a week so I know all what you're talking about when it comes to exercise that ever since I had to start taking care of my mom cuz she was sick with Alzheimer's and then having to do a lot of other stuff that I didn't want to have to it has taken me away from my exercises and it had to help my husband about a year ago off the floor and I've never had back problems in my entire life and I ended up pulling something in my back and now it has caused me to not be able to do the lifting and the abdominal exercises that I'm used to doing like my plants but now that I have hurt my back I have to really be careful but I still do my arm exercises and I still do some of my ab exercises I used to go to Gold's Gym
