Wow, expensive! Here in North Thailand you can rent a 5 bedroom villa with swimming pool and enormous garden for that money.

Wow the floor plan is very well designed. Love that when you enter the room you just fon’t see the kitchen at the entrance as ordinary condos.

Wow Thailand's skyscrapers are popping up like mushroom overnight, seems like it though. Those million dollars view for less than $1200 a month is so damn worth it. Thank you for sharing.

If I were moving to Bangkok I would love to live there. And the rent converted to US dollars is less than what some people here in San Francisco pay for a studio apartment.

Nice place, but very expensive for Thailand, even Bangkok, $600 USD or maybe $700 USD is normal for a new luxury building

Having "No TV" is likely not a problem for most people who have tablets, laptops or computers. I myself stream "everything" these days on my computer monitors. KZfaq, Netflix, disney+, paramount, prime, amcplus. Excellent facilities, and beautiful views, its a great bachelor pad. I agree with you, Jeroen

That is very nice. Very modern, while looking comfortable and extremely functional. If I bought a condo in Bangkok, I would be quite happy if it was at this level. Too rich for my blood, but I love seeing the tour!

I think you stuttered up in your written description, Jeroen. It should be 559 square feet, not 5559. You had it right in the video. Nice place.

BKK is not the place to retire just visit. I found some deals at Pattya $500-600 smaler but close to beach and views with a better over all feel huge pools .

Hi Jeroen, I didn't watch the video yet but I noticed a telescope in that condo?! Really? With the light pollution in Bangkok I doubt that telescope is used to observe the sky... LOL

Also it's pointed a bit low to look at the sky and I see a lot of buildings in the line of sight.
