good to see you've got that little component tester that checks capacitor ESR. FYI, I've seen vids on YT that modify them with a power switch so the battery doesn't drain so fast when not in use.

Very ironic that I’m dealing with the same power supply at home. My question is I have 19v at the connector when the psu is connected, when I plug it to the AIO HP computer the psu shorts out from possible overcurrent or some type of protection . Once I unplug it and plug it back the voltage comeback. Is it the power supply shutting off from the draw or does the computer have a fault that send a signal to shut down ac coming in?

Sounds like a short on the motherboard is causing the charger's protection circuitry to trip and shut down power.

Same charger I repaired 4days before sir. The line filter coil of neutral is damaged In my charger. So I made a jumper and done a job. Because I don't have any scrab pcb.

Haseeb, I am a total novice trying to learn from the best,here is my question: , we have 3 parts that failed, a fuse , capacitor, rectifier, , in your opinion what failed first?. I'm just curious what caused the capacitor to fail ? thank you for sharing your thoughts.

most welcome dear the first failure root cause is capacitor when capacitor's di-electric fails, it creats short circuit between its +ve and -ve plates. that creats over current condition in dc rail, thus bridge rectifier and fuse failed
