@@akingshealth and you’re not a defendant you’re a subpoenad witness that can be charged with contempt of court and they hold you until you take the stand. His case been dealt with it. You can’t appeal guilty pleas or change terms. They took a chance that’s why they gave so many deals. Hoping 2-3 would tell the truth. They knew all those men were just playing to get out from under. And unless they have proof of him saying he lied it’s not perjury. That’s why they take a statement that date and give the deal after they get it

Because the DA doesn't have good witnesses. They have some snitches who clearly don't want to be put on the stand and end up sabotaging their own case. The whole thing is a joke, Thug and them should be acquitted of this ridiculous RICO case. It's a circus for people in the DA's office to make a name for themselves by going after high-profile people while patting themselves on the back that they're sweeping the gangs off the street. If Thug or anyone in the indictment committed crimes then try them for it in a traditional criminal case. This whole state RICO thing is nonsense and a lame cheat code to lower the threshold for convictions by getting enough rats to say "YSL is a criminal gang and these people are part of it" since that wraps a RICO conviction rather than get convictions fair and square.

If this is the best the DA's office can do for this case then I am not impressed. This is like the second snitch they put on the stand who cleary doesn't want to be up there and doesn't want to answer questions because they want to have it both ways. I'm glad their witnesses keep looking terrible for the DA's office, Thug and them should be acquitted of this joke case, but it goes to show that this extremely long, expensive trial is a waste of time if these guys are all they have to make their case for them.
