Hey Guys todays build is a 11th doctor sonic screwdriver this particular build is a little different to my usual build because of the complexity of this prop and the amount of individual parts it would be a very long build video so i just included a overview of the build process so you can see how it generally comes together into a finished prop

I didn’t base this sonic off any of the filming props i went with a QMX style of 11th but even then its not meant to be a replica of the QMX just my own interpretation of the prop...

Understandable. I’m sure you’re capable of pushing it and making it more accurate though. You did it with the tenth sonic, I know this is different but it’s definitely possible.

The end product was celestial toystore good. You did a beyond stellar job! Also one action detial of the screwdriver is that the actor that used it (matt smith) used a flicking motion to get it into the extended mode and i was wondering if that is also present on the prop

I feel like there very much is room for improving its accuracy, even to the Qmx replica, but I'd say you're getting there, it isn't a simple build by any means,
