this is just a fraction, my home town vibrates with history and is birthplace of hussite movement and basicaly every town has its history reaching well over middle ages🙋🇨🇿 and there are castles, chateus or fortresses everywhere..

@@Farhan-hs1bq Depending on what you're looking for. Austria is definitely better for mountain tourism, but also more difficult. In the summer I travel around the Czech Republic by bike and discover castles, churches, chateaux, museums and other attractions, and in the winter I go to the Alps to enjoy the mountains and skiing. And if we talk about restaurants, cafes and prices in services in general, the Czech Republic is definitely cheaper.

Hi, thank you for the nice informative video, which shows that the Czech Republic is not only Prague, where about 90% of foreign tourists go, but that there are other interesting places and some of them are really unjustly neglected. The video is a bit oversaturated in colour, it fails to show the town of Olomouc and Český Krumlov is certainly beautiful in winter, but it is even more beautiful in summer. The script gives me the impression that it was copied from a guidebook and is full of stereotypes. For example, I would present the town of Karlovy Vary as a "spa triangle" together with the nearby towns of Mariánské Lázně and Františkovy Lázně, and I would recommend visiting the castle and the town of Loket. Brno is certainly an interesting student city, but you have unnecessarily left out the whole region of South Moravia with the beautiful town of Mikulov, which has an almost Italian atmosphere, and the largest castle complex in Europe, the Lednice-Valtice complex, covering 280 km2, where the Principality of Liechtenstein was originally supposed to have been founded. I also miss the town of Kroměříž, the seat of the Moravian bishops, which can be combined with a visit to nearby Olomouc. Not far from České Budějovice and Český Krumlov is the village of Holašovice, which has not changed its layout since the Middle Ages, i.e. not a single house has been demolished or added to in the last 500 years, which is at least unique in Europe. In this way I could write about other towns such as Litomyšl, Znojmo, Třeboň, Jindřichův Hradec, Slavonice, Třebíč, etc. about about 2000 castles, chateaux, fortresses and ruins and collections of art objects, historical furniture, books, etc. (I came across a statement somewhere that they are the second largest collections after the Italian ones, I don't know, but at least in the surrounding countries you won't see anything similar). It's easy and relatively cheap to get everywhere by public transport and there's no need to rent an expensive car. And I've completely left out the natural beauty, so as not to bore you all with too much information, in your list I missed the largest rock complex in Europe, the Teplice-Adršpach Rocks, which were only fully explored in the 19th century. As one young Czech told me recently, the country is one big village. Having visited Olomouc seven times, Česky Krumlov, Písek, Strakonice, Brno twice (where the most macabre museum in the world must be housed in the Brno Municipal Museum in Spilberk Castle, with torture devices and decayed bouquets of flowers outside prison cells, where enemies of the long-gone but obviously not forgotten Hapsburg Empire are curated dutifully and lovingly - and where Czech impotence and resentment are cultivated and nurtured - by museum guards who follow visitors from room to room, as if a Picasso, or a Rembrandt, or a Van Gough were on display; it is, in fact a museum of junk, and national failure), Kutná Hora, Františekove Lázne, Poděbrady, Mikulov, Znojmo, Karlovy Vary, and a few others. The only town with any pride is Olomouc, where every church is open, and where every building of note is marked with a bronze plaque in perfect English, and, I suppose perfect German and Czech. If dead cities appeal to you, visit the dead cities of Jordan or the City of the Dead in Cairo, because aside from the clean sidewalks and the height of Czech gastronomy, a bread dumpling, there is nothing of interest for a tourist in the Czech Republic. One plus: tourists have only to pack athletic wear and sneakers. No need for a brush, comb, shaving razor, or even deodorant.

Small warning from a Czech, large parts of Bohemian Switzerland are still closed to the public! You can get to Pravčická brána, but only via one route and most routes mentioned are closed due to the large forest fire, which happened last year. And most areas around Pravcická are not deemed safe.

Part of the video seemed like you googled most turisty places of Czechia. After that you told us, that its hidden gem. Prague, Kutná Hora, Pilsen and Český Krumlov are top 5 visited places in Czechia. So its not really hiden Gem. Second rewatch - Castle showed at České Budějovice is not really in ČB. Its in nearby bigger vilage called Hluboká nad Vltavou => That one is hidden gem!

Была когда-то. Сначала заробитчане потом и беженцы успешно превращают Чехию в самый развитый регион Украины 😂Привезли свой ментальный совок с собой - например, продавщицы украинки, которых берут вместо чешек, чтобы меньше платить, ведут себя с клиентами как тётки в советских магазинах - лениво, невежливо, короче незаинтересованно в покупателе. Чехи раньше не очень любили уезжать насовсем из страны, их так и звали европейскими домоседами. А теперь всё больше едут работать и жить за границу, где украинцев поменьше 😂

Thanks for the promotion of Czech Republic and beautiful pictures. I would rather recommend to keep also czech names of cities and places as we do not have bilingual signs at roads. So you could be a little confused loooking for Pilsen, but Plzeň is mentioned on the half of bohemian road signs as a major direction city. Also I would change some places. Brno is not so amazing town, it is the second biggest city but not so amazing. I will replace it with Mikulov + Pálava + Lednicko-Valtický areál. In that area you can spend much nicer holidays than in Brno. Even Ostrava with technological sightseeings is more amazing than Brno. Also Liberec is quite strange choice.

Regarding Bohemian Switzerland - be aware there was a massive forest fire (started willingly by one idiot)in summer 2022, and it looks nowhere near this video. Most of the locations mentioned here has limited / restricted access for tourists, forests were burned to the ground (thou the almighty self - renewed power of nature is absolutely amazing there).

For next time, Bohemia is just a part of Czechia, there is Moravia on the East and Silesia on the North-East. And here you have some other tips to visite: Znojmo & Vranov nad Dyjí & National park Podyjí (town, castle and wine) Litomyšl (town and castle) Jindřichův Hradec, Třeboň & are of Třeboňsko, Tábor (towns, castles, spas, nature - Třeboňsko is a Biospheric Reservation of UNESCO, completely rebult landscape) Lednice & Valtice area (castles, wine and completely rebuilt landscape) Šumava national park (mountains and river) Dvůr Králové (Safari ZOO and old dam)

Great video, except notoriously incorrect pronunciation of local names. - As local followers remarked, there are at least 10 other places with similar level as those on positions 1-5. Litomyšl - historical center and chateau, grossly underrated Pardubice - historical center, chateau and system of chained parks called "Náhrdelník CHrudimky" (Neklace of the Chrudimka river), JIndřichův Hradec, Třeboň ....

Ve svých dobách byla mnohem významnějším státem než kdykoliv za republiky. Monarchie je naše skutečná tradice a jsou to naše kořeny. Pražský hrad je posvátné místo českých králů. Prezidenti ho neprávem okupují a mají mít místo jinde. Republika vznikla de facto revolucí, čili pučem, který ale byl legitimizován republikánskou Ústavou a mocnostmi v roce 1920. S Habsburky přitom nikdo nejednal a právně se s Českým královstvím nikdo nevypořádal. Nikdy oficiálně zrušeno nebylo a Habsburkové se trůnu nikdy nezřekli. Čeští králové jen čekají, kdy budou moci na svůj trůn po přechodném republikánském experimentu opět na svůj trůn usednout. Každý má právo historii a svou zemi vnímat po svém, já prezidenta neuznávám, pro mě je hlavou našeho státu Karel Habsburko- Lotrinský, český král Karel IV. Tak či tak, České království zní mnohem lépe než Česká republika. Království je tradice, republika nic. Každopádně, je-li řeč o historii a místopisu, Czech Republic je zcela nevhodné pojmenování.

There is no reason to visit the Czech Republic. An inhospitable country. The Czechs do not want foreign travelers. They make it clear in every encounter.

That's not true if you behave respectfully. Most of foreigners only go to our coutry to enjoy cheap night life, s*x, alcohol and do damage.

Je to v Libereckým kraji (myslim) takže na tuhle úroven internetový produkce je to docela blízko.
