The pt has bilateral pes cavus, The lower limbs shows the distal wasting of muscles up to the lower 3rd of thigh with preservation of thigh musculature And giving legs appearance as inverted champagne bottle,, The common peroneal nerves are palpable at the lateral aspect of knee joints,, In Both lower limbs, The tone is flaccid and There is symmetrical distal muscle weakness with bilateral weakness of dorsiflexion resulting in foot drop,, The knee and ankle jerks are absent with the presence of bilateral equivocal or downgoing planters,, The Coordination is normal,, There is bilateral symmetrical distal sensory loss in stocking distribution with impairment of light touch, proproception and vibration sense,, The pt has scoliosis and there is no scar, gibbus or tenderness over spine,, The pt walks with high stepage gait and Romberg sign is positive,, There is symmetrical distal wasting and weakness of muscles in UPPER limbs with bilateral clawing of the hands,, The pt has distal motor and sensory neuropathy, So the most likely diagnosis is Charcot's marie tooth disease(HMSN),,
