the only way to beat anxiety and panic attacks is to put yourself in the situations that set off your panic and when it happenes embrace it and demand more panic show anxiety who the boss is and eventually it will go away, it's not easy at all but know that panic attacks are uncomfortable but not dangerous your body is more than capable of handling it... Dig deep you got this!

Thanks, really because I was suffering from anxiety. Note: I'm 12 years-old. I was crying every single night being afraid of cancer, someone breaking into my / my family's house, dieing of no air, my walls closing together, killing myself in my sleep with a knife, suffocating myself, ect.

im 19 yrs old.yes those symptoms are sighns of anxiety.i have anxiety myself and go through this every other day.yes, the shortness of breath,sweaty hands,heart thumping,feeling like my face is numb,always remember you can not die off anxiety!!!!When you feel the anxiety rush its your body sending signals that danger is near..WHY? Going for a walk isn't easy when you're agoraphobic and have complete heart block. I've had extreme sleep deprivation because of it lately, so I feel pretty hopeless..

To thr 12 year old, tell your parents or a counselor at school how you are feeling. I used to have the same thoughts at your age. A counselor can help you feel much better.

If u are short of breath ..is it a part of Anxiety? cuz im been short on breath ..and feel like if i DONT take A deep breath I will die(weird).. and if I eat I wil choke and stop breathing..! are these all consider the signs of Anxiety.! my doctor said that I have Asthma ..but Im not sure about it. I have anxiety over diseases, like me getting them or anyone around me getting them. It's gotten to the point where it's pretty much a phobia, I faked being sick for four days of school just so I wouldn't have to be in health class. Any tips?

@03455146644 I know what you mean. The same thing has been happening to me for about a month or two. If it happens I try to distract myslef. I also consulted an psychologist who told me that it probably is anxiety. I don't really have any tipps (apart from those listed in the video), but as cheesy as it sounds it might feel better to know that you are not alone.

Why dont you just toke up? that helps anxiety better then any of these exercise's.
