I have pcod, although i have periods regularly with a menstrual cycle of 28-35 days but in between the cycle there is always brown or raw blood discharge that happens that continues until the next cycle of my menstruation. Hi Doctor, i have one question like i m unable to swallow tablets .i tried a lot watch lots of videos How to swallo tablets ? but no help.. i feel embarrassed to tell my doctor that i cant swallo please give me syrups instead of tablets... but this is not possible because tablets are more powerful than syrups... so currently im in 6 month and having calcium and Iron tablet .but instead of swalloing them i chew them.😔. and im not telling anybody about it.. is this safe .. im getting proper nutrition chewing... kahi aisa toh nhi medicines ka koi asar na ho ra ho.. im so worried.
