I'm breaking out my old sewing kit and getting back into it and this gave me so many ideas to fix some old blankets and other fabrics around the house! Thank you I wouldve never thought to do some of the methods you showed!

As a 76 year old farm and ranch boy, I admit I was totally mesmerized by your tips. Great ideas! ( I won't be using the ladybug pattern, however! My trail rider friends would never crucify me.)

Chào Ms Thúy: Thấy tên này tôi biết có lẽ cô là người "Diệc." Xin viết vài lời tỏ lòng khâm phục tài khéo tay của cô khi tôi tình cờ thấy cái clip này. [Thật ra tôi cũng hay tẩn mẩn làm ba cái chuyện vá may sửa chữa (vì là con nhà thợ thuyền), nên thấy clip loại này tôi hay vào xem để học hỏi.] Bả xã tôi cùng xem (bả cũng là thợ may bất đắc dĩ một thời) cứ xuýt xoa luôn mồm khi thấy những kiểu may vá vừa thẩm mỹ vừa thực dụng của cô. Nhìn bàn tay đẹp đẽ mềm mại thoăn thoắt đưa mũi kim qua lại, tôi nghĩ chủ nhân của chúng chắc phải là người đẹp cả thể xác lẫn tâm hồn, và hẳn là người rất kiên nhẫn. Hy vọng tôi đoán không sai. Hier kann man wirklich dazu lernen. Nicht nur was die Handwerkskunst angeht sondern auch die vietnamesische Sprache; EINFACH WUNDERBAR👍. Das Schneidern und das Sticken sind wirklich eine hohe Kunst die heute leider viel zu schlecht bezahlt werden und einen sehr geringen Stellenwert in der Gesellschaft haben. Meine Ur Ur Ur Oma hat so etwas noch im Lyzeum (die höhere Mädchenschule) gelernt. So Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts. Vergessen wir nicht das um 1875 die SCHULPFLICHT in Deutschland 🇩🇪 Einzug hielt.. Und ich weiß aus Erzählungen das früher zu DDR Zeiten bei den einstigen vietnamesischen Vertragsarbeitern die Nähmaschinen pausenlos ratterten....... Nun ja nach 1989 wurden die ehemaligen Vertragsarbeiter (aus Kuba, Mosambik, Algerien, Angola und weiß ich woher die Menschen kamen) einfach abgeschoben, sie wurden nicht mehr benötigt. Aber einige sind hier. geblieben. Heute sind die Vietnamesen aber die am allerbesten integrierte Volksguppe nicht deutscher Herkunft. Und gerade die vietnamesischen Bürger hatten es nicht leicht. Sie mußten schwer für ein Duldungs- und Bleiberecht kämpfen. Ihnen wurde wahrhaftig nicht's geschenkt. Ich glaube das vietnamesische Volk ist ein sehr stolzes Volk stolzer jedenfalls als wir Deutsche und viel fleißiger als wir 🇩🇪!! 👍 Nun ja diverse Unholde gibt es wohl in jeder Nationalität. Außerdem finde ich die vietnamesischen Suppen äußerst schmackhaft (kräftige Rindfleischbrühe, viel Gemüse, zarte Nudeln 🍜 und schön scharf) - - SUPER-- Abschließend noch ein großes Lob ❤für die Briefschreiberin die in ihrer Muttersprache geschrieben hat🍀🌹. Nicht nur deutsch/englisch (Denglisch?) 🐸. Unsere großen Dichter wie Goethe, Heine oder Schiller würden sich im Grabe umdrehen könnten sie sehen was wir heute😢aus unserer großartigen und sehr blumigen deutschen Sprache gemacht haben. 💝🤗

This is amazing! Do you have one for starting your needle and thread? That’s my current struggle, so the stitch will hold. I can grasp the technique, but it begs serious improvement
