Yeah I always wanted her to have complete mastery over the elements because characters such as meggan peccanu, Crystal amaquelin and magma can spontaneously create fire snd magma. Storm can’t create fire on the fly she needs to manipulate the forces or conditions in order to do that. Kinda lame tbh. 🤷🏿‍♂️

Well, she was able to explode an area in the comics by manipulating temperature. So yeah, pretty close.

@@master-of-mind5881 there is absolutely no reason she cannot create fire as instantly as she does lightning. Once she concentrates oxygen or hydrogen and ignites it she has fire. She easily has shown to do hydrolysis of water. She could also liquify hydrogen or any gas with her temperature control too and ignite That

Exactly!!! Storm is basically another “Scarlet Witch” or “Jean Grey” level threat. Storm should’ve always been put on the same pedestal as her counterparts (Scarlet and Jean). She’s considered a “goddess” (as she is), but I’ve always seen her as my “WEATHER WITCH”. And I love what X-men’97 is doing with her. I geeked when she started casting to the weather, “ancient sands heed my command and reclaim these relicts of hatred”….. YESSSSS now this is the Weather Witch I’ve been waiting for my entire life!!!!!! 😭😭😭💪🏽💪🏽🔥🔥🔥 X-men’97 Storm is the superior version of Storm, in Tv/Movies. 😭🫡🔥💪🏽 I used to be obsessed with Evolution Storm from the 2000’s and now she’s wack to me 😂😂😂😭

@@yoyomayne that may have protected some but I also think that from the nature of Wanda’s powers of manipulating probabilities and the nature of power from some mutants is what protected some of the mutants. Storm, specifically, is not a basic mutant if you know about her, and I think that had a lot to do with why she still had her powers. Wanda’s doing that also was amped by life force energy and not her direct own source of power.
