I think season 3 of the Nickelodeon Turtles series took inspiration from various horror films as its villains. Most memorable for me were the Dream Beavers who were voiced by Robert Englund and John Kassir.

It would be a street level show about the costumed vigilante from the T.M.N.T. Universe based on the 1980s Mirage Studios comic book by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird, and inspired by the 1987 animated television series, and 1990 live action movie. It would focus only on the costumed vigilante Casey Jones and be Rated T.V. - M.A. for splatterpunk violence, suggestive dialogue, strong language, sexual situations, nudity and adult themes. There would be a whole bunch of dark, adult fantasy and biopunk, and cyberpunk science-fiction in it. There would even be a lot of dystopian, post-apocalyptic sci-fi in it as well. It would take place in New York City, in the alternate, super-powered, mutant humanoid animal-infested world of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Krang is actually from the old comics books...well, more than inspired by the TCRI alien who were brains looking exactly like Krang piloting humanoid robots while being encased in their belly.

Tokka is based on a North American Alligator Snapping Turtle, which has a shell covered in spiked bone plates. Slash is based on a standard smothbacked North American snapping turtle, which is smaller than the Alligator Snapper. Meaning if the two ever fought, Tokka would be the larger of the two overall.

Tohka and rahzar were terrifying when I watched it as a kid. I had horrible nightmares. As a 33 year old adult though, they are beautiful and wish more movies now used practical effects and suits more often.

Lord Dregg needs to be in the movies against the tmnt I would call the movie the rise of Lord Dregg and make the movie into 3 parts and add some of the old tmnt old action figure ally characters like the bunny with the sword and put in the ninja turtle robot part one of the movies he fight the tmnts part 2 the turtles beat him and Donatello and Baxter or who ever fights the tmnt robot to make him an ally, Casey Jones in part 1 movie will met the turtles the same way he did in the old movie by fighting and beating Ralph in the part before the first movie go off Casey Jones become an ally with the turtles (The Main boss in all three movies is Lord Dregg he calls all shots) first movie will be the komodo king the Goons will be the lizard people he created , Second movie will be Leatherhead, The Robot turtle, the bunny with the sword cause he will be mind controlled with Leatherhead, and the goons will be enhanced cyborgs cause they kidnapped the homeless people to enhanced them to create his army and they are split among each boss but they have many they will be the new foot clan before the end of the second movie the bunny with the sword and Leatherhead helps the turtles to fight the cyborgs and Donatello is trying to find away to fix the robot turtle and end of part two, Part three Lord Dregg and his cyborgs are trying to stop the turtles from gathering piece the Tmnts needs to fix the robot turtle until they go to Baxter and he tells the turtles and ally that the robot turtle isn't any robot it is dimensional tech and Baxter look into the robot turtle real good and discovery something written in a weird handwriting and under it says dimension X the ask the new allies if they can read it Leatherhead reads it cause it's his language it say they need this the bunny with the sword he know where that's in Japan and the bunny can read Japanese cause he took space traveling to other. Dimension, so as the turtles are about to travel Donatello show off the new turtles Van, bikes, Boats, planes, and the turtles carrier to carry all of the Vehicles and the split up in twos to get to the mountain in Japan to get this extremely rare material and each group is fighting the cyborgs while split up the get it and they was able to fix the robot turtle he is an ally now the turtles and allies go to fight Lord Dregg his is on the A Mega space Craft he sends major of his cyborgs army to earth but Donatello, The Bunny with the sword, and the robot turtle have a back up plan for just in case this happened Donatello look at the robot turtle tells it to hit it does all the enemies ships blow up and crash into each other as the turtles fly by in their carrier barely getting through but the carrier can still bring the back to earth tmnts and allies made it on the ship together and they don't need the space suit only Casey and Baxter needs spacesuits the heroes fight the waves of cyborgs the robot turtle learning from each turtle fighting just like them and Leatherhead they make it to the second floor Leatherhead and the bunny with the sword and Casey Jones hold off the cyborgs while the turtles and robot turtle make it to the 3 floor where Lord Dregg is the robot turtle opens the door and is shocked into by temporary shut off the turtles fight Lord Dregg and smashes and ragdoll the turtles for awhile and he starts giving the bad guy speech while they are down Lord Dregg has his back turned towards the robot turtle before he tries to kill Mikey the robot turtle silently reboot while he is talking next thing Lord Dregg feels someone tapping his shoulder Lord Dregg turns around the robot turtle hits him with a mean onmi man like punch sends lord Dregg flying into his giant monitor and the robot turtle speak in a cool robotic like he says do u feel lucky punk and Lord Dregg and the Robot turtle have the most epic battle and as this is going on it cut back to each ally fighting the cyborgs and the turtles start planting bombs all over the Third floor they try to get the robot turtle to go with them the robot turtle shot like a advanced tablet to the turtles and the robot turtle said rebuild me Donatello rebuild me the turtles nod and left and the turtles helped each ally until they all got on the space carrier to get off the mega ship as they leave going back to earth the robot turtle and lord Dregg fights until the ship blow up and Lord Dregg and the Robot turtle fights until they fall into the sun both died

This computer generated voice has some decent pronunciation... but also grates all the more when it then stumbles poorly over other words, based on its apparent ability to pronounce the first set of words so correctly and well.
