Found my new workout, ive just started working out at nearly 40 years old gonna try this work twice a day! Wish me luck!

Hit the weigh room and find your maximum weigh on each of the major machines. Once you’ve done that let’s say it’s the seated chest press let’s say your max is 110 lbs what you’ll want to do is start at 70 and do 5 reps wait two minutes than go to 90 than 11 this is to prevent injury. Now at your max weigh you’ll do 3 to 5 reps with good form than you’ll rest 2 minutes do this 7 times on each machine 3 times a week . You’ll keep muscle and build strength. This is good as well good luck 👍🏻

@@RezoUI You have to do what he did in the video every minute on the minute To be more clear, you have a minute to do what he did, the rest of the minute is rest, when the next minute starts you repeat it You do this for 12minutes, and then you die bc I reckon it's quite intense haha

Well wasn’t I completely wrong 😂 after about 3 minutes in my head I was like nah we’ll do half today and try again tomorrow but then I thought we’ll if I don’t push I’ll just be a fat mess again. I’m 62, but do nothing but walking, and climbing stairs. I’ve got decent cardio for my age, but my upper body has gone to shit. This will fix that.

Do the whole routine with the one KB weight you can do without your shoulders hurting during of after. Do that for a month then add #5 if it hurts go back but add 3min. Also try using some CBD lotion on your shoulders after your shower I use FLOW from Fairwinds. Good luck

@brentranke75288 ай бұрын
If you are male without injuries, I would get an 12-32 KG Adjustable Competition kettlebell from Bells of Steel, KettleBell King or Titan. The cost is comparable to two or three nice kettlebells. I recommend Competition bells because their handle size is consistent so you don't have problems with fit in the rack position. If female or injured male, I would start with a 8 kg Kettlebell. Youth or elderly 6KG maybe 4KG.
