• Periwinkle ( optional )
• Panla fish
• Scotch bonnet pepper
• Cow skin
• goat meat
• Snail ( optional )

Egusi soup
Goat meat ( 2kg )
4 beef seasoning
2 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon cayenne ( fry ) pepper
2 and half cups of palm oil
3 red onions
6 cups ground egusi
2 red bell pepper
1 and half cups of crayfish
2 Okpei
1 stock fish head or ear
2 fry catfish
2 handful uziza leaf or any vegetable of your choice

• Yellow pepper

1 cup palm oil
1 cup of crayfish
Scotch bonnet to taste
2 round dawadawa
1 onion
2 handful ugu
1 kg goat meat
1 bush meat
Pomo
Snail ( optional )
1 stock fish head
1 smoked catfish
6 Panla fish
Seasoning to taste.
Eforiro recipe
1 bag of frozen spinach
3 red bell pepper
8 small Tatashe
1 large onion
Scotch bonnet pepper ( to taste )
2 cups palm oil
3 tables locust beans
Seasoning to taste
Salt to taste
Cow leg as desired
Cow tripe
Snail ( optional)
Cat fish
Panla fish
Afang soup

Afang leaf ( okazi leaf ) 40%
Waterleaf 70%
Goat meat
Dry fish (i used ejakika )
Kpomo ( cut some into pieces )

Banga is oil palm fruits. Its boiled to soften and pounded without breaking the kennel then mix in warm water sift a d use the jui e as thickener for soup.😊
