Great video. However, you dog can't be expected to swim the distance needed to get to shore if your canoe were to flip. I would get him a life jacket.

That’s a real woman. My family’s favorite vacation was camping because we have a severely autistic child. People like to call the authorities when they see something they don’t understand . So camping we went. We loved it so much we bought a property where people can’t see us and we can hike, forage, and cook outside. She’s 26 now and we still love our outdoors. We don’t have a lake but we can always go to Lake Wateree or Lake Monticello. Yes... SC.

Wow, your camera picked up Northern Lights. GREAT. I saw them. TY. Some of the vistas are great! I know one can not please all the people, all the time. I like evening dark with campfire shots, without artificial lights, snow reflection no artificial lights are the best. Sometimes your headlamp is enough while cooking.

I've decided to go back to the start and watch all your channel in order (mainly the long videos) - as I really enjoy them and I watch as I work from home. I do get sidetracked a little watching your content. The views are for the nice to look at way better than looking at some guy's nose with a camera on the end of a stick hahaha unless you are into people's noses hahaha anyway it's fun to watch being in the woods I always enjoy the woods one on there I really do that's what I do to when I'm in the woods but without the camera mainly because in those days we did not have cameras hahaha camping is better than Wine don't get a hangover from it lots of love to Marty and you keep up the good movies and thanks again for them and the work you do putting them together I do appreciate your special work

Really enjoy your channel. Monty is beautiful and a hoot to watch. My family has had several collies and shelties and they all spin like that when they get ready to bed down. It's hilarious sometimes!!!

I am more of a kayak person than a canoe person. I would absolutely love to take this same trip in my long nose kayak, in the heat of the summer. Maybe one day I will make that a reality. Thanks for the inspiration, Matt! It is really not far from my home. Maybe a days drive to the starting point. Worth it.

I tent camped with my 3 kids when they ere babies. When the youngest as around 10 years old, I bought a pop up, ended up camping with the Grand kids in it. Never when it was very cold, until we got the pop up.
