Listening to this was a pleasant surprise. Many, if not most, signs of spiritual well-being, I put into practice a long time ago. Not thinking of them in a spiritual way but because they felt right to me. The one I struggle with is self acceptance. I push myself to be a better person tending to judge myself a bit harshly.
