Emily! This is amazing. When I saw the title, I admit I rolled my eyes a bit thinking "yeah yeah I probably know them already." But then I didn't actually know most of them. The advice is very unique and helpful - I can tell you're really good at your job!! I like that you addressed not only the logistics side, but the personal. My favorite was #6. Thank you!!
