Two things I remember from around 2016/2017 were: 1 - Around the time they added the goblin arena (Arena 9), it had the same introduction jingle (the one that plays at the start of the match) as the ice one (Arena 8) 2 - Around the time they added the inferno dragon, I remember logging in one day and finding out they moved it from arena 4 to arena 8, this was just for that day and the next day it was back to arena 4. Pretty weird lol

I still remember when achievements were a thing, you could get a massive 100 gems for just joining a clan! And only thing I spent my gems on were Legendary chest which appeared in the shop for 500 gems!

The thing with counting the cards in chests : There is an amount of cards you are supposed to get in a chest. Ex: you would get 200 commons, 70 rares, and 5 epics. So if you got this amount already and there was one card left, you would get a legendary.

The clan chest was the best thing ever, they had legendaries in them most of the time, but now legendaries aren’t so exciting anymore

The clan chest brings back so many memories of me and my uncle grinding to 200 crowns at family gatherings to get us both co. Here we are 4 years later and still both playing and in the same clan.

A thing that ogs would remember: after reaching the arena 10/ hog mountain legendaries would be available in the shop for 40k gold ❤️ Also another og memory was when players used to log on to stats royale with their player tag and check how many more chests till the next legendary/super magical chest ❤️😭

I still remember the days when the executioner had a different icon and stunned for a short time. So troops like the electro wizard were sometimes literally not able to move or attack. The executioner was so op back then😅

I remembered in old days cards were Maxed 9 Levels, and legendarys were hard to get and leveled up, if you leveled a legendary up youre a veteran lol, when you get a legendary it will be like lvl 1, now its level 9. Good ol days

I’ve been playing this game since the beginning and just now I realized that Goblin barrel don’t deal impact damage anymore, and for some reason I always thought it costed 4 elixir (maybe because the last time I used it, it costed 4 elixir)

The way it used to work for legendaries out of chest was if there were 2 more cards to see and you had already gotten an epic because the cards used to go in order from common up to legendary

9:20 I remember in 2018 I wanted the sparky so baddly, at that time I had no legendaries.I got a magical chest I unlocked it.I was hoping for the sparky and got nothing I was really sad but then a woodden chest poped-up and guess what I got ? Oh yeahhh your boiii sparkyyyy ( at the time he used to do over 1800 damages).

She was actually buffed. Sparky's problem was not it's dps but it's hit speed which was increased, it's far better than the old sparky.

I began playing in the beta stages of the game. This was when legendaries were not a thing. Silver, gold and magical chests + your wooden and gold chest which you got every few hours. Back then, it was a real grind. It’s a shame the game has turned from a game requiring hours of grinding to free handouts left, right and centre.

Things only Brawl stars OG's remember. 1. The brawl chest was for 100 tokens 2. For an big box, you needed 10 star tokens that you get from every gamemode that you win and returns after the map change. 3. The Phoenix Crow was the most expensive skjn in the game before the power points 4.When rank 20 was the biggest rank from the game 5.Rico was named Ricoshet before the update where Gene was announce. 6.Colt,Spike and Ricoshet's old desings before the gene update 7.Power play 8.The time when at the weekend gamemodes you paid with tickets and that's how you get an big amount of chest and the maximum ammount of tickets you can put were 20 9.Every player used to spawn in the back of the goal in brawl ball 10. Brock,Bo and Mortis doesn't have an voice before the gene update 11.The time when Rosa wasn't get any skin 12.The time when every gamemode was the Robot,life leach, meteor shower,etc. Before just Showdown having this I hope this gets in a video

It was literally your battle winner and you had to use it! I got a lava hound and used it in random strats that wasn't balloon. Also remembered getting up arenas with rage xbow lol, as soon as I spawn it, I rage it so gets ready faster. Sadly it most definitely can't work anymore.

@@ju-yuanchueh8444 I never used lava hound in my main deck which I use fir arena battles only used princess. gave me wins many times by sniping 1 tower when opponent focuses on my 1 tower

8:59 At my times 5 years ago, this chest gave way more than today's silver chest, you could literally get a legendary from it. And OG's knows that 5 years ago, legendaries were soooo rare.

1:11 As a 2016 clash royale player, the trick is, you have to get all the commons,rare,epic cards that the chest ur opening is suppose to have in, and if u have an extra 1 slot at the end, it means it's a legendary

About the lv6 legendaries. I was so surprised that they were announced. But after some time, I found out that no one was playing any lv6 legendaries. Good moments at that time
