I have some queries: 1) What temperature and humidity you maintain inside the shade? How do you control humility as it always be high due to cooling pad? 2) What's the cost of similar type of poultry shade having 1,20,000 birds capacity? We have a plan to establish 2 nos. of such type of set up. Thanks

Hello. Mr. ASM Ziauddin Ahmed Nice to meet you. I'm John Xu. the manager of our company. 1)The best indoor temperature of the layer house is 22-25℃, and the humidity is 60-65%. If the humidity is too high, it will cause the humidity in the chicken house to be too high, and the chicken will catch a cold easily. @@poultechfarmingequipment Thanks Mr. John. You are absolutely right about temperature and humidity required for layer, but in Bangladesh sometimes the temp. rise up to 38-40 degree celsius in summer and I am not quite sure it can be decreased to 25 degree with cooling pad. However we have a plan to establish a layer farm of 2,50,000 birds with all set up eg. incubation, brooding to end of the egg production i.e. 80 weeks plus feed mill of 100 tons/day capacity and water treatment plant to provide germ free feed and water. Additional set up is a biogas and vermicompost plant for poultry manure management.
