Everything you need, nothing you don’t. Tasteful rather than ostentatious. Attention to detail, rather than to square footage. If I were a Californian, I’d want such a place for generations of my family to call home.

Finally a tiny little affordable house in Beverly hills. I can't afford all those countless of millions of dollars for those big ole houses. This house would probably be around one hundred thousand dollars something more settle to my budget. I'm guessing probably $105 ,000.00 thousand dollars maybe could get it to be about. $650.00 dollars a month mortgage with no money down. A little house that's affordable. Oh I might even be cheaper than I think. Maybe it's a fifty thousand dollar house their asking lol was because it's so small in Beverly hills.
