Better use a buck regulator like the LM2596 or simply a 7805 because it is far more powerful! For a linear regulator like 7805, you will need a good heatsink!

Yes it is about the minimum! But the 5V output won't be powerful and the transistor will heat up a lot!

Wrong output it harm's any smartphone I have cheked Genuine Redmi, OPPO, Vivo , HTC charger's output they are 4.87 to 4.92 even 2Amp charger they don't exceed 5v . And What is output Amps of this circuit.

There's options of robot voice narration instead of crappy music. It would be more helpful. I appreciate the effort but these videos are all the same and half of the circuits don't work.
