I'm so impressed with the decor choices! Knotty pine wall paneling is cozy and homey and all that, but until now, I didn't think it could look fresh and sophisticated as well! You've taken it to a new level with the taupe/gray millwork and brick, and the black window trim and the interesting stone of the fireplace. I just love this house, love the study and and the porches and all the amenities. I love the floorplan. I love the balance of cozy spaces and open spaces. Bravo!

This house has a very nice interior layout: spacious kitchen, cozy living room, and dining area. The study/library/music room is a very cool and fun spot. The laundry room is an alright size. Bedrooms are decently roomy, and the bathrooms are very nice as well. This house is somewhat spacious, but there is always a need for more closet and storage space. But, all in all, this is a very liveable house. I just wish the outdoor space at the back, and wrapped the entire house. Everyone loves a good porch!

The house has curb appeal, and you enter into a great foyer. If you desire a TV, it could be placed on the wall opposite the fireplace. The kitchen is spacious, and it includes a pantry closet. The laundry room has outdoor access for those who hang out their clothes and sheets. The sunroom/library/music room provides an alternative living space. The entire house has large windows for lots of natural light. This place checks all my boxes!

You make such a good point about hanging clothes outside to dry. I haven't done that in years but who knows, I might if I were in a set up like this one.

I really love this house, especially because of the study/music room at the front of the house. If I were to build this I would end up adding a little square footage just to make the slab square (four corners, which cuts the cost down). So, the master bath would have a larger shower and the front bedrooms would end up with about 2 extra feet of space. I have discovered that if you pour a slab that includes the porch spaces it is actually less expensive than adding wooden porch floors later. Also, if you ever want to expand the house, the proper slab is already in place.

Beautiful home! The music room would be a great place for a home office. Love the indoor/outdoor living and the spacious living/dining/kitchen gathering space. The walk-in pantry and large laundry/mud room are great, too. Very well done!

Love the roof line and how it goes over the deck, nice vestibule. Nice kitchen with lots of counter space, the living room is very cozy. It all flows nicely from room to room. The reading room with all that wonderful natural light, excellent.

I’m thinking that tis may be “the one “ for me! The kitchen is amazing, bedrooms are large and there’s 3 my kind of home, but it was the sunroom and the doors to the back porch. Jasper, i think you nailed it! I have a very large family so having room to stay in very important to me! Needs a pantry!❤

Lovely, but ... too many exterior doors and, again, too many outdoor seating areas. Enclose some of those, thereby increasing interior space, and then three-bedroom works. I.e., the laundry room doesn't need a door (window would suffice) and could give additional space for a very nice pantry. Likewise, primary bedroom needs no door -- window. Otherwise, I think your best yet!😊

Excellent! I personally would transform the small bedroom into an office/craft room, but that’s just me. One minor quibble: extend the sidewalk all the way to the laundry room door. You’ve got a winner with this one, Jasper! Well done!

When do I move in? This would be perfect for the area I live in. The roofline, the outdoor areas with potential for more. The library with the window seat-sweet! A home for all my books. I’d want to add a finished walkout basement, but I’d take it without a basement.

All of this for under 1300 sq ft? Really? What’s behind the door to the right of the refrigerator? Pantry or mechanical? This 3BR/2 bath home with a study/family room is spectacular! Open concept living area with plenty seating across the board? I can’t believe it all fits into less than 1300 sq feet? Love all the porches!
