I love the general style of the home and the common areas (living/dining/kitchen) are to my tastes. I'm all about the windows! I’m less enthusiastic about the rest. I like the idea of two bed/two bath. I think space could be taken from the laundry room to make this happen. Stackables take up less space and can service a small family. Great potential for this footprint!

The house has curb appeal. There's a bench and hooks just inside the front door. The kitchen could use a couple of more upper cabinets, and I'd eliminate that funny little square window, but otherwise it's fine. The funny little window in one bedroom doesn't qualify for egress, and there's no reason it couldn't be full size. The house could use a half bath for guests. And then there's the challenging access to attic space - I had hoped for an upstairs master suite!

I love the big front porch. I'm less fond of the off center entrance, and the open shelving/storage left of the entry. I love the fireplace, but prefer a mantel. The shelving either side is really nice. The kitchen with the glass breakfast nook is really pretty. The first bedroom using sliding barn doors isn't going to work for many people. Maybe pocket doors instead? One tiny window might make this room dark. Maybe a skylight for this room to help with light? I'd also swap the closets to the other wall. As it is, the kitchen refrigerator and double oven would be right behind the wall where people sleep, which could be an EMF concern. The laundry has the space, but still uses the stacking units. Some might like that, but I don't. There's also no sink. Another exhibitionist bathroom. Everyone shares this one, too. No primary BR? I'd reclaim the side of the porch for interior living space, and add another bath.

Nice open floor plan but with only one bathroom, not a home for us. How large is that storage area in the loft and is it heated and air conditioned?

The kitchen has a square little window that makes no sense. There is one bedroom that appears to have a little square window. The windows in the living and dining area are way to large. Not a bad looking house, but needs to go back to the drawing board.

Wood in shower is not practical. Too large windows, and some useless small ones. Love mixture of flooring and stone.

I love this house but for sure 1 Bathroom doesn’t work for any family at all unless you leave alone , and never have guests.

Sorry, but once again, faaarrr too much space wasted on outdoor "seating." Sacrificing interior living space for afour-season dwelling creates a cramped, disjointed ambiance to the entire space.
