Thank you Denny budgie for this video 🥰Just wanted to add that for those of you who feed your birds apples please be careful with feeding them the apple seeds. Do not feed your birds apple seeds. I went on holiday and my cleaner was looking after my budgie and feeding them apple seeds not realising they can harm budgies which it did harm mine which died so ye just hope no one looses a beloved budgie over some seeds xxx

This helped a lot! I have a cat at home but she doesn't attack them we do keep their cage on top of a fridge lol but I don't let them out because of cat but I do out their cage out in the back yard for a bit

I have 2 budgies and I never knew they're gender and it turns out one day they layed eggs and only 2 of them hatched. They are now big and healthy!

I wished I could post my photos of my hand fed parkeet he barks and growls and meows it sounds like a tiny kitten we never had him around one. He beeps like our microwave and he sounds like my alarm off my phone oh he coughs we thought we had a really young kitten inside our place during a bad snow storm a tornado looked like it went through our place our pipes froze for days. He was laughing at me and. I finally realized it was the bird meowing.

I am considering adopting a budgie and so am trying to learn as much as I can. Is it alright to just keep one on it's own? As a beginner I'd prefer to start with one little guy so I can really focus on getting things right, but I would obviously get two f it's detrimental to have them by themselves.I'm only working three afternoons a week at the minute and live with a partnew so he would have company a lot of the time.

I really love your videos and I like you sooo much!❤💜 You give us really so much advice to how we help bugies .. 🥰🥰 But I want to ask you something.. When you give greens to your birds did you wash it? Or just give it to them? I said this cause my friend told me to wash the greens for 1 hour in salt water One day I didn't wash it and give it to my one of the bugie after that she start vomiting and later that day I found out that she has Diarrhea . Then she died in my hand I was not ready that time I was broken 💔 same as your denny when he died I was really sad after watching it 😔 Anyways, pls reply my question I will be very glad and I will love you forever and support you too 💓💗💖💛

Guys can someone help me, I'm slowly giving up on my budgies... I always try to give them greens and fruits like apples and other stuff, but all they want to eat are their seeds. They dont even seem interested in other foods. Also they dont play with the toys in the cage, I leave their cage open everyday, but they rarely get out, although there isnt anything harmful for them. I give them chances to take a bath, but also they are rarely interested in it.. basically all they do is sit together, then go eat and groom each other. What should I do? Ive had the female budgie for about 5 years now and the male for like 1 year..
