For the background sounds, you can just go to general control and click in the plus in hearing, then swipe to the spot where you can edit screen brightness, there you will see an ear, click on it and voila

Or the way you can get the hearing sounds you can go on settings and you can go to control centre and then it will show a plus with the word that says hearing sound and then you can just press the plus and it would be there😮 1:43
