It killed a few of my cousins, whom I admired when i was young but opened my eyes to how horrible life could be as I grew older. Their lifestyles also hastened the death of our grandparents, whose lives were changed dramatically in only a short period of time after they became addicted. You somehow turned your life around and i admire your strength, determination and courage. Peace and longevity along your journey...

In November 2023, I switch to a 100% vegan diet because of you. Within 30 or 40 days, my cholesterol was cut in half, my chronic high blood pressure problem came down dramatically, and I lost stubborn fat that I never been able to lose. To be honest, I was shocked, it was just unbelievable especially the cholesterol drop, LDL‘s went way down under 100.. I still can’t believe it. I listen to you. I get inspiration and I feel good. The energy I get transmitted from you through your videos into my heart makes such a difference. You have a strong message for the world and I am proud to be part of it. It’s so funny because I came from a Paleo type of diet eating lots of pasture raised meat and when I switch to veganism, I kept waiting for myself to get sick, I kept waiting to feel bad and it just never came, I just never did get sick and, my taste buds changed and started to really appreciate the foods and now if I am somewhere and I have some egg as an example, it kind of grosses me out and I don’t feel good after eating it. So I just don’t eat it anymore. Honestly, I think it’s the saturated fat and I think that all that extra saturated fat from animal products is just hard on the system hard on the liver you know. Anyways, I wish you happiness and peace, my brother.

I have limited meat from my diet about 75% and my LDL is under 100; my blood work in May 2024 spoke to my doctor. He commented, "keep up the healthy eating.". I no longer weigh 230lbs. I am keeping it down to 193 and working on getting it all through way to 145 lbs. I am about to eliminate more animal products and sugars from my diet. Thanks Dr. Bobby ❤

You are what you eat. Your diet impacts your health. Lower stress, reduce obesity, get enough sleep and more exercise are key to a healthy life. Obesity in children and adults is rising across the world. Fast food and sugary drinks including fruit juices are contributing to the problem of poor health and obesity. Eat a healthy plant based diet and exercise regularly. Reduce or ELIMINATE cows milk, eggs, cheese and meat. Eat more salad greens, beans, fruit and vegetables. Eliminate fast food, snacks like cookies, cakes, chips, and sugary drinks and juices. Every adult and child should own a bicycle and ride it regularly. Regular exercise will help you sleep better. Yoga is a great stress reducer. Obesity is all too common today. Get off the couch. Get off the phone, ipad or video game. A variety of stretching and other exercises help with increased mobility. Ride to work, ride to school, ride for fun. Every city should be a bicycle city. Speak up for bicycles in your community

I ate a “low fat diet” with only chicken, turkey and fish and had more health issues than when on an American diet. The problem is the limited nutrients, additives, non-organic foods and low quality meats/oils. And the #1 cause of disease and early death is stress. Black Americans have lots of stress and struggle with stress management. Fixing and improving the Black Community would help with disease prevention. A healthier version of the traditional indigenous/Black American diet is the best answer to being healthy imo. Upgrading it with organic, better oils and quality meats. No junk food, limit/eliminate additives, reduced eating out, and reduce/manage stress.

I NEVER thought I could switch to a vegan diet either but I’m doing it and I don’t hate it at all. Find some recipes you really enjoy and transition at a pace that works for you. But most importantly you need to adjust the way you think about it. If you constantly tell yourself that you can’t, then you never will! You CAN do this, you CAN heal your body with your diet! I’ve lost about 100 pounds with Keto and intermittent fasting but going vegan and doing Dr Bobby’s detox is absolutely shedding the stubborn weight off. I’m 3 weeks into the detox and I’m losing the belly fat that would never go away. The inflammation is gone and my eczema is healing! I don’t think I’ll be going back to eating meat. Good luck on your journey and remember you got this!!

And they have bought into the manufactured panic about protein deficiency despite the fact that one has never existed in the U.S. And yet not only am I the only whole food plant-based vegan, but I'm also the one who isn't literally falling apart health wise. As someone who isn’t 100% vegan but is definitely open to becoming more plant based, I respect your reasons. The food environment most western folks grow up in is not fit for purpose. It is up to each person to assess their relationship with food and greatly reduce what is u healthy. Easier said than done hence it’s usually a life threatening wake up call that drives such massive change.

Detox and fasting for atleast 7days and see. Anything can be cured..anything. keep on with your journey. If you drink quit it. Alcohol can also turn into sugar as well. Hope that help

I personally have meat in my diet, but I only eat grass fed/grass finished and pasture raised/organic/non gmo meats and eggs. I only consume A2 beef, goat, and sheep dairy products. I know everyone's body is different, but this works for my husband and I. We avoid industrial farmed foods and try our best to buy local/clean meat, eggs, produce, and beauty products when we can.

I went to school in 60s&70s! Grew up eating meat = no problem! In 1980-81! Had surgery! For 2 weeks i ate tons of all foods! Then instantly after that! Don't eat meat at all! Eat cheese eggs butter! Now that's dwindling! No sea food ETC.! And I've never been a big/large amount of eating food! 0 & i did die on operating table and sent back!

The are people like me who were vegan for 18 years and then suffer from issues of gut permeability because plant life is hard to digest and too much can be at the root of SIBO. It would be good to understand the full spectrum of the pros and cons of a vegan diet long term.

Research/ study find a great natural/ holistic health practitioner, including an acupuncturist, study your blood; so that you can critique your unique diet & what you may need to add/eliminate for your gut biome. Kickstart with some ozone therapy, reset yourself on a cellular level. #StemCell wishing you all the best 👍🏾 👌🏾
