Educate yourself before you arrive at conclusions. Exercise increases metabolic rate.

One thing they always notice is how they use condiments, toppings, or spices. I mean, some people would say "Eat the brownie IF you want it and generally keep your nutritional intake under control". That is probably more like what you meant. As a fat woman, I am tired of idiots who think that not eating somehow equals getting slimmer. One of the leading reasons people stay fat is that they are ashamed to eat in public and then save up all the frustration for when they are alone. Moderation should be spoken about a lot more than restriction. In an ideal world a person could eat something terribly unhealthy in public without being judged for it. In fact ideally we should not be making value judgements at all because we rarely know enough of the circumstances. Just to be clear, I think it is fine for a person to have the opinion that they think overweight is not attractive for them as an individual. I also think it is fine if you feel disgusted watching people eat. What I am saying is that overweight does not always mean "lazy, bad, or gluttonous". Take time to learn the circumstances. I know a lot of overweight people who eat healthier and exercise more than most slim people. Once a person has gained a lot of weight it takes a lot of work to fix that and most of the time it is a losing battle. This is not because they ate one brownie at a date, but because usually there are some circumstances that have lead to that person becoming overweight and the root of the problem is not yet resolved if it ever can be. If a person has stayed slim they get a lot more freedom to pig out and be lazy. All without people commenting on it. Of all the people I have met: - Most of the overweight people are very conscious about it and are often working to prevent themselves gaining more weight and are trying, with varying degrees of success, to reverse the damage done. They tend to be harsh on themselves but very forgiving of others. - Most of the slim people do not think about it much and go about their lives eating unhealthy and doing little exercise. Too many of these people often judge others in a harsh manner. - I know a good number of healthy people who are very athletic. Healthy living was an interest for these people early in their lives and they consider it a hobby. They are very conscious of their activities and nutrition and look fabulous. These people inspire me to be better. They tend to be least likely to judge fat people. - I can only think of a small minority of overweight people who actually don't care and live unhealthy. These people tend to be critical of slim people and too often assume that they only eat lettuce.

A great point u mention there... That was the same thing i was discussing not so long a go and u know wat? The women will not tell u what she feels or wants, you have to guess or feel it becuz if she tells u everything right away than there will be no tensity in the relationship. She was super happy one day. I happened to know she was in a relationship that was stressful, though it was positive (guy did everything right and shit but she just didn't like being in it, wasn't feeling it, clearly didn't wanna hurt his feelings) so I knew right away - she left him. She didn't have to say anything, this wasn't a big thing going on, it was just simple deduction. How did I acquire this psychic-like power? It's learned from talking to people. Talk to women *without* wanting to fuck them. This is so huge, no one hangs with the opposite sex without wanting to fuck but that is the key! They won't test you so often, they'll be forgiving of your ignorance (because it's not your job to know them) and may actually be willing to explain things to you, which is a door into the female mind. Note: this has applications with the male mind as well, that is of lesser importance, as we men pretty much understand our own minds pretty well, given the need to do so. One should also be tentative with female friends while you're in a relationship. Make sure your SO finds about her early on (mention the female friend in common conversation as a funny part of your day) and ensure the female friend doesn't have the hots or a chance with you, so as to not make your SO jealous. Fat chicks are good for this.

You should look at it from this angle -> How do men and women 'process' information about sexual encounters 'differently'. When a woman think about sex, meaning actively engaging in the thought or sexual activity, she will make more of her sexual decisions while in that situation, based primarily on her emotions and then it kinda gets confusing a little for me since I do not process my thoughts the same way as women do, but I can always try my best to understand. gender roles are a social construct that perpetuate the subordination and inferiority of women. they support the patriarchy. they benefit men. gender roles dehumanize and restrict women socially, physically, mentally, etc. they also restrict men as well but since gender and the patriarchy happen to be created by men, for men, the problems they receive are self-imposed and will never be as harmful as they are intentionally for women.

The thing that makes them not work more then work, is the fact that most people usually don't see it as a balanced experience, between self-needs and altruistic love.
