Oui, euh, pour moi le toit sur un si petit espace doit être un toit pagode, carré, pour une meilleure circulation dans la pièce où se trouve la chambre. Il faut du rangement donc une armoire , un bureau éventuellement. Pas possible avec le toit triangulaire. Autre chose, pour les toilettes, le WC ne peut pas être dans la salle de bains. Donc, on doit créer le cabinet grâce à une extension et donc, le cabinet doit être à l’extérieur ou jouxter un mur . Donc la maison, ne ferait pas exactement un cube. Sinon, ça va 😊cela me plaît. 🌹🌹🌹un balcon de circulation autour des murs peut favoriser, sur un des murs, l’adjonction du cabinet des commodités. Par exemple. Mais pas dans la continuité de la chambre. Il faut aller sur le balcon pour accéder au cabinet. Celui ci doit être placé à l’arrière, ni sur les côtés ni sur le devant de la maison. Je déteste les odeurs de merde dans une maison. Virez moi le cabinet ailleurs. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi on intègre les toilettes dans une salle de bains. Vous comprenez ?

This could be a Guest House or for One Person. Where is the Plumbing for the Bathroom Sink?? Where does it Flow Too?? There is No Storage Anywhere.

These places always lack storage. If one is going to live tiny, you need to purchase a nice adjacent shed imho to put away seasonal things etc. 😂 I saw something in the living room area that needs to be converted to an actual closet as there is not one upstairs in the master.

Its very cute now we just have to force our councils to accept tiny homes as legitimate dwellings! The only changes I would make with this design is make the dining zone a table which could be moved to the centre of the kitchen making it possible to entertain. Also a safety barrier around loft stairwell. Possibly shifting bed to one side to allow for some type of shallow wardrobe thats a hanging rail full length of the room and shelves underneath allowing for full drop at one section.

Cute house. I agree that lack of storage could be a problem. Where would you put your food and your clothes? I saw some cool storage space under the stair case, but that was about it. Not sure why they went with a glass door for the bathroom.

When I get my tiny house this house would make a good guest house . Of it would need a second way out in case of fire . Only one door to the house . Only on way out .

It is cute, however, I am curious as to why so many lofts in videos are shown without any railings whatsoever? Nothing like falling through a big hole in the floor because you inadvertently pushed out the desk chair you're sitting in, a little too far.

Cute house but not a good use of space. Very little storage, didn’t utilize space under stairs. No railing on stairs. I would hate to get up at night and fall down the stairs. How does the washer work under the sink without interfering with its plumbing? Plus, who wants a glass door going into the bathroom?
