Technique over everything, then comes strength. Put in work and you'll achieve what you want. Sorry for getting all philosophical on you but it really is true...lol

Looks like you don´t get that even at 6 foot 2 its really hard to dunk and you have to put a lot of work in it. Being taller also means less vertical jump

Yeah grip is a huge thing when you are younger. Two ideas, dunk all you can on 10' with anything. Start with golf ball size stuff. My first dunk on 10' was with a ping pong ball (no joke). To practice with a full size ball, lower the rim. Use a grippy ball also. I use under armor outdoor basketballs. Easier to dunk one handed off one foot if you have trouble with grip. I might make a video of dunking tips at some point, good idea. Good luck!

It depends on your standing reach. There's no way to tell if you are right or wrong because it depends on your standing reach. Standing reach is how high you can reach whilst standing. You then do a standing jump and measure how high your hand could reach. You then subtract your standing reach from your standing jump. For example, if your standing reach is 7 foot 7 inches, and you can reach 8 foot 10 inches when you do a vertical jump/standing jump, you do the following equation: 8 foot 10 inches subtract 7 foot 7 inches = 9 inches. This means you have a vertical/standing jump of 15 inches. Remember though, the lower your vertical jump is than the average is for your age, the more room for improvement there is. Someone with a 40 inch vertical jump won't see as much improvement in their vertical jump than a person with a 15 inch vertical jump if both trained for 6 months. Hope this helped.
